Angela Margolit - President
Angela formed Bluebird Auto Rental Systems in 1993 after acquiring the auto rental software division of Bluebird Systems of Carlsbad, California. She was the East Coast Sales Manager for Bluebird Systems prior to the buyout. Angela is happily married to husband Mike, and has two sons Ben and Brian aged 19 and 16. |

Phil Jones - Vice President of
Support & Development
Phil is pictured here in his native England. He moved to the United States in 1983 and worked for Budget Rent a Car in San Diego, California before joining Bluebird Systems in 1987. He has been with BARS since its birth in 1993. |
Bonny Engelhardt - Accounting Manager
Bonny joined Bluebird in 1994 and has worked in every administrative role, from receptionist to comptroller. Married to Brian, they are the proud parents of twins, Madison and Matthew. |

Charlie had worked for several car rental companies before coming to Bluebird in the early 90s. Moving up the ranks with us, we trust him with our most mission-critical applications such as credit card processing, as well as the overall technological foundation of our products. |
Gordon Rozek - Sales Manager for Southeast United States and Director of International Sales for pretty much the rest of the world
Gordon is a lot of fun and enjoys life to the fullest, as anyone who has met him can attest. He lives in Pompano Beach, Florida where he conducts his business from a beach chair (we suspect). |

Based in beautiful Guelph, Ontario, Canada, Keith is one of our international representatives. Before coming to us in 1994, Keith was the Operations Manager for Tilden Car Rental, where he used extensively our legacy product. There he also met his wife, Nicole. They now have two children, Amy and Colin.

Steve Pancoast - Quality Assurance
Making sure that our software is doing what it is supposed to do, Steve tests every aspect of our software that he possibly can. When he's not at work, he is at home with his wife Melanie, his son Andrew, and his daughter Sarah, or he's a the bowling alley. And oh by the way, he's in the NJ Bowlers Hall of Fame for having over 50 perfect games. |

Sue Gibbons - Product Support Analyst Our newest addition to the support team, Sue specializes in accounting interfaces and is our designated webinar trainer for new customers. During her 16 years stint at Thrifty Car Rental in Detroit, she started as a counter agent and worked her way up to Controller. She has a 24 year old son, Brian, and two Pomeranians named Maddie and Isaac. She enjoys reading, doing Pilates, and taking long walks with her dogs. |

Robert came to Bluebird from Thrifty Car Rental of Newark where he was the assistant city manager. He has been with Bluebird for over ten years and has proven himself to be both an excellent analyst and a highly skilled trainer. |

Scott works from his home office in Tampa, Florida. In addition to working the help desk assisting customers, Scott travels extensively for Bluebird, training new customers on how to get the most out of their Bluebird software. |

Eileen DiPalma - Credit Manager
Eileen not only manages our Accounts Receivable, but she is also our number one New York Yankees fan. She likes nothing more than to go to the stadium with her two daughters, Melissa and Alison, to cheer the team on. She also enjoys annual pumpkin-picking with her husband, Greg! |

Darrell joined Bluebird after working for Thrifty Car Rental Headquarters in Tulsa, then Thrifty Car Rental of Dallas where he was the acting city manager. Darrell worked for Bluebird as a Product Support Analyst before moving into programming where he has excelled. |
Paul Bouscaren - Senior Programmer
From 1988 until 1992, Paul worked for the original Bluebird Systems in Carlsbad, CA. He joined Bluebird Auto Rental Systems in 1994, left in 1998, then came back to us in 2008. He now oversees all of the development projects, keeping the programmers on track. In his spare time, Paul pursues his love of boats and fixing old cars. His next goal is to tear down his existing house and build a new one with his wife, Linda, and daughter, Rachel. |

Tom is our Manager of the Support Department. At one point, he owned his own consulting business. He and his wife Cheryl have two boys, Ryan and Brett, for whom he coaches lacrosse and baseball. He also loves to cook on the grill - year round! |
Rob Hano - Account Manager
Originally from New York City, Rob has lived in Massachusetts and Kentucky before settling in Wisconsin, his wife's native state. A graduate of Cornell University, Rob takes on any technological challenge. However, he and his wife Karla spend most of their energy on their sons, Josh and Eli. |
