Bluebird Auto Rental Systems offers the following technical support services:

All of the above support services are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time, USA.  Weekends and after hours emergency support is available via beeper service at the rate of $75 an hour.  

All support calls are tracked in Bluebird's in-house database.  Using the Online Call Center, customers can review their entire call history and even open new support tickets via the Internet!
