Bluebird Sponsors Saint Clare's Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness
On September 20th, 2009, Saint Clare's Hospital held their 8th Annual 5K Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness. Over 2,000 participants walked twice around the Rockaway Townsquare Mall, which is across the street from Bluebird's World Headquarters. The event raised over $150,000 for state-of-the-art equipment for breast cancer treatment.
