In addition to pre-programmed vehicle statuses (such as "On Rent"), unlimited custom status codes can be created (such as "Employee Use") which you can then assign to each vehicle.

Running a report is a breeze. There are over 100 from which to choose. You can even send information to an Excel Spreadsheet to format it however you want - and distribute it to your service writers and adjusters.

If you do need to charge the customer for anything, the system allows you to set up an unlimited variety of charges and fees (such as mileage charges or fuel). Rental contracts can then be printed, itemizing all the details.
