Upon posting the Daily Business Report (DBR), the completed rental agreement will automatically update into your ERA Rental Sales Journal (0082) where you can review and update the contract.
By setting up the product type, inventory category and profit center in the I=Vehicle Rental Integration Specs in the Rental Sales Journal screen (0874), RentWorks can generate a rental contract and automatically integrate it to ERA.
Note: This interface requires an Ethernet network connection between Bluebird and Reynolds & Reynolds servers; i.e. each server must have a Network Interface Card (NIC). A serial connection will not work.
