Bluebird Introduces Loaner Vehicle Tracking Software Press Release

Dover, NJ USA. – Bluebird Auto Rental Systems (BARS) announced that they have released a loaner vehicle module for dealership service departments, “LoanerTrack”. Designed to run on any Windows system, LoanerTrack offers the most complete loaner application software available.

This module incorporates the existing Bluebird feature of integration with the major Dealership Management Systems such as ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds. The “two-way” interface allows customer data to be shared and daily business to be posted to the DMS General Ledger.

LoanerTrack can be purchased and loaded on your local PC or server, or you can access it via the Internet.

A reservation module is included with LoanerTrack, along with over 100 reports. If necessary, you can add rental and insurance charges, optional equipment, and taxes to your loaner agreements. The system provides an audit trail on each loaner vehicle, with the ability to bill up to four different entities plus the customer.
